Environmental biologist from Priorat, technician in the TRACES project at CREAF, studying plant functional traits and their response to drought. I also have experience in genetics, mutualisms, and…
I hold a degree in Environmental Biology from the UAB and a Master’s in Biodiversity and Conservation Biology from the Universidad Pablo de Olavide in Sevilla. I have worked on genetic characteristics of fruit trees at the Center for Research in Agrigenomics (CRAG), patterns of plant relationships with disperser mutualists at the Doñana Biological Station, and metabolic traits of plant species at the CREAF.
Currently, I am a PhD student in the TRACES project, with Eva Castells and Jordi Martínez, where we study the integration and coordination of different plant functional traits related to water use, resource use, and metabolism, both at global and intraspecific levels, and their response to an experimental drought scenario.
