The fellowship provides me the opportunity to join the world-class research group on Earth Observation and Global Change Ecology. I have full access to high-performance resources and Profs. Peñuelas and Verger help me open new research lines (photosynthetic phenology, high spatio-temporal resolution biophysical parameter retrieval from EO data).
The Marie Curie grant allows me to be part of a centre with an international projection and a very collaborative philosophy, something essential in the modern scientific system. Besides, this grant provides me with the opportunity to design and implement my own cutting-edge project.
It was a great opportunity to lead an independent project and to ask novel questions within the forest ecology field.
