Beatriz Irene Felipe Pérez

PhD in Law from the Universitat Rovira i Virgili and a degree in Environmental Sciences from the University of Granada. She is currently the technical head of the Committee of Experts on Climate Change linked to the Generalitat de Catalunya.

Researcher and co-founding partner of CICrA Justicia Ambiental. Associate researcher at the Centre for Environmental Law Studies of Tarragona (CEDAT) of the Rovira i Virgili University (URV, Tarragona). Among other publications, she is the author of the monographs Las migraciones climáticas ante el ordenamiento jurídico internacional (Aranzadi, 2019) and Migraciones Climáticas. Sobre desigualdades, mitos y desprotección (MRA Ediciones, 2022).
