Joan Regí Blanch
I am a graduate in Audiovisual and Multimedia Communication from the University of Girona, master's in Scientific Communication from Pompeu Fabra University, and master's in Heritage and Digital Humanities from the Autonomous University of Barcelona. I am currently pursuing a PhD in Social Psychology at the UAB.
My research profile is very interdisciplinary, as I am fascinated by the relationship between people, technology, culture, and the networks that form relationships among them. This has led me to the field of STS studies (Science and Technology Studies), which is an interdisciplinary field that examines the creation, development, and consequences of science and technology in their historical, cultural, and social contexts.
My work at CREAF is located in the communications department, where I take on various roles as a documentalist and in internal communication and management, requiring an interdisciplinary profile to understand the working lines of different groups and present them appropriately. I am a curious person, who enjoys the charms of the city during the week, such as theatre or dramatic cinema, and doing mountain treks or building castells -Catalan typical human towers- with the "colla" on weekends.
