I am a people management officer but not a human resources technician. Although my professional beginnings did not begin in this professional field, I have undergone a metamorphosis that has led me to this point. I have a degree in Labour Relations and a master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona. I am currently a people management technician at CREAF and previously worked in this field at the Fundació Sanitària Mollet and at the company Drim.
