Paola Gámez Jimenez

Human Resources technician at CREAF since 2021, with expertise in contracts, payroll, staff management, training, and psychosocial risks.

I have a degree in Psychology from the Autonomous University of Barcelona and an official master's degree in Human Resources Management in Organisations from the same university.

Since October 2021, I have been a human resources technician in CREAF's Human Resources Management team. My main tasks are to draw up contracts, carry out procedures with the Social Security, keep up to date the liquidation of the staff, publish job offers, manage incidents, formalise the payment of payrolls, communicate displacements and support foreigners' procedures, among others.

My previous experience has been in temporary employment agencies, where I carried out tasks such as: the publication of job offers, CV screening, face-to-face and telephone interviews and incident management, among others.

Currently I also manage the transversal training program and psychosocial risks at CREAF.
