Her job mainly focuses on (1) helping researchers manage their careers strategically, (2) attracting and retaining the best research teams, (3) promoting an inclusive, equitable, diverse, and supportive research culture. She is also part of the Strategy and Research Management team, that leads the design and implementation of the center's strategic plans.

She holds an MSc and a PhD in Ecology from the Autonomous University of Barcelona, conducting her doctoral research on plant ecophysiology under climate change. She is a certified coach by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She has coordinated SOMMa's Gender Working Group (2020-2023) and has been a member of CERCA’s Gender Equality Committee since 2021. She has published several articles in indexed international journals and has participated in international conferences and outreach activities in primary and secondary schools.

She has taught in the official Master's degree in Terrestrial Ecology and Biodiversity at the Autonomous University of Barcelona and is currently the coordinator of the module 'Institutional Strategy and Management' of the Master in Health & Science Management at the Autonomous University of Barcelona, where she also teaches.
