CUSTFOREST

CustForest is a project that promotes forest biodiversity and improves its resilience to climate change, using land stewardship as a tool for social, environmental and economic transformation in rural environments. The project proposes multifunctional forest management that responds to the challenges and opportunities of forests, taking into consideration forest biodiversity, ecosystem services, the diversity of actors and bioeconomy niches to address rural depopulation while generating territorial cohesion.

CUSTFOREST is supported by Fundación Biodiversidad from the Ministerio para la Transición Ecológica y el Reto Demográfico (MITECO) under the Plan de Recuperación, Transformación y Resiliencia (PRTR), funded by the European Union - NextGenerationEU.
