ForESmap

The objectives of ForESMap are assessing and mapping the catalan forest Ecosystem Services (ES), using biophysical indicators. As any assessment at the landscape level, the scale can be critical to detect (or not) synergies and trade-offs between ES. This is the objective of the ForEsCale, where we have studied how those relations changed depending on the spatial scale. However, changes can also occur over time and this is precisely the aim of ForEsTime. This project aims to evaluate trends of forest ES over time and project them to the future using dynamic vegetation models.
