Enrique Doblas is part of a European interest group on climate change adaptation in the forestry sector. CREAF’s knowledge and innovations will be taken into account when planning solutions to fight climate change.
The NODE will be officially launched on 16th November 2016 at the European Parliament in Brussels, within the conference Jobs, Development, Social Inclusion and Climate Change Migration in the Mediterranean: The transformative power of the Forestry and Environmental sector.
On the 10th February 2016 the European project coordinated by CREAF WaterInnEU organize an event in the framework of the 3ª EIP on Water Conference. The event will be held in Leeuwarden (Netherlands) by Lluís Pesquer, technical of the project.
CREAF has officially entered at the National Support Group (NSG) of the Forest Technological Platform representing the Spanish forest technological sector.
MENFRI project has been featured in an interactive presentation –“How EU Research & Innovation works for a better world supporting communication activities”, prepared for EXPO 2015, showing successful EU-funded research projects.
The European project WaterInnEU began at the end of March with a kick-off meeting at the Casa Convalescència (Barcelona) with the presence of the eight project members and representatives of the European Commission.
