I am Zhenhong Hu, a Beatriu de Pinós researcher at CREAF. My research is focused on forest carbon decomposition in forest ecosystems, and how the dynamics of this carbon cycling

I am postdoctoral researcher in the ECOLAND research group, working on fire regimes and related ecological processes within the WildE project, which aims to evaluate the potential impact of "rewilding"

I am interested in climate-driven systems, including water and carbon balances in terrestrial ecosystems. My doctoral thesis was on the ecohydrology of water-limited and energy-limited ecosystems.

I am graduate in Biology (UB, 2009), master in Biodiversity (UB, 2010) and PhD in biodiveristy and plant ecology (UB, 2015).
